Coming for therapy can be challenging on its own. Asking for help can be hard, opening up can be terrifying, and then facing the issues that are bringing you for therapy can be incredibly daunting. Just know, that I am here to walk with you every step of the way. I truly believe that every person holds their own answers, it’s just a matter of unlocking them. I have never met a client who didn’t have any resilience and strength.

The therapeutic bond is special and sacred. It is the relationship that you can rely on for acceptance, gentle challenges and attachment.

I am not perfect. I am a human with flaws and I make mistakes. I am also a human who is willing to be accountable to those flaws and make adjustments to suit your needs. I am always hopeful that clients will share if there is something different that they need than what I am providing. I’ll do everything within reason to make you comfortable so that we can walk together on a journey of growth, discovery and healing.
